Under no circumstances should water be used with any inflatable that is not designed for such use. However, there are inflatables designed for use with water. We will be glad to let you know what water units are available for you to rent for your event. We do provide a water hose (25ft long) if inflatable is further please have a water hose present.

Our inflatables can be set up on grass, cement, concrete, asphalt, or even indoors with a different anchoring system available for every possible combination. When placing your reservation, please let us know on what type of terrain your rental will be installed. Inflatables that are setup on grass are anchored with long steel stakes, while inflatables that are setup on other surfaces or indoors are anchored with sandbags.

Each inflatable has a different capacity based on its size and design. Generally, we recommend limiting the number of users to avoid overcrowding. Our staff will provide specific guidelines for safe use at the time of setup.

How is the delivery fee calculated?

By distance. Setup is included in every rental. Delivery and pickup are a separate delivery fee, calculated by distance at checkout when you choose Drop-Off, based on your event address. Your final total can also depend on your items, date, setup surface and extras, all listed on your quote or rental agreement. Questions? Call (210) 934-0405.

Which areas do you deliver to?

We deliver throughout San Antonio and the surrounding Bexar, Comal, Guadalupe, Wilson and Atascosa county towns, including Converse, Live Oak, Schertz, Universal City, Selma and New Braunfels. Boerne and San Marcos are extended delivery areas, and we cover Austin for larger events (call for availability). Enter your event address when you request a quote and we’ll confirm we service it.

Does a quote reserve my rentals?

No. A quote shows your price, but your rentals aren’t reserved until you finish the booking steps we send you, including the $50 deposit and the rental agreement. Popular dates can book up, so complete those steps as soon as your quote looks right. The rest of your rental balance is due before delivery.

What happens if it rains on my event day?

If you cancel because of rain or bad weather, your $50 deposit is refunded, as long as you cancel by 8 AM on your rental day. Call (210) 934-0405 as soon as the forecast looks uncertain. We may also cancel or reschedule before delivery ourselves when severe weather is expected, and a dry bounce house is the simpler choice when storms are likely.

Can you cancel my rental because of unsafe weather?

Yes. Before delivery, we may cancel or reschedule if severe weather is expected, such as high wind, rain, lightning or extreme heat. If we have to pick up early because of weather, you can reschedule within 30 days. If a storm rolls in during your party, unplug the inflatable and let it deflate. Remember that a tent is not a safe shelter during a thunderstorm.

How long is a rental, and do I keep it overnight?

Most inflatables are 24-hour rentals: we drop off on the day of your event and pick up the following day, though some items are exceptions. For tents, tables and chairs, we usually drop off the day before your event and pick up the day after. Overnight, keep inflatables in a secure spot, deflated and covered, with the blower stored inside. Your quote shows your delivery and pickup days; for longer rentals, ask for multi-day pricing.

How far in advance should I book?

Book 1–2 weeks ahead for weekends and popular dates, though we do our best to accommodate last-minute requests. Weddings need more lead time: plan to lock in your tent size 8–12+ weeks out, and earlier for peak spring and fall Saturdays, then confirm your delivery window and setup surface 2–3 weeks before.

What should my setup area look like?

You need a flat, open area of smooth grass or pavement, with room all around the unit. The spot can’t have rocks, brick, glass, or exposed irrigation or utility lines. Leave space for stakes or ballast and a clear exit path, note fences, AC units, low branches and overhead wires, and send us a photo when you request your quote.

What do you need to know about access to my setup spot?

We need a clear path for our crew and equipment. Tell us your side gate width, any locked HOA gates or apartment codes, and whether the path is gravel or grass. At schools, churches, clubhouses and venues we can deliver as long as there’s adequate access for our delivery vehicles and the venue allows outside rentals.

Can you set up at a park?

Yes. We deliver to parks around San Antonio, but many parks require a reservation or permit and have no power on site. Check your city’s park rules on reservations, stakes, generators and water before you book, and add a generator from our equipment list if there’s no outlet. Call (210) 934-0405 to confirm your site.

Are you insured, and can you provide a certificate of insurance?

Yes. All Texas Party Rentals is fully insured, with $1M general liability coverage. If your school, church, HOA, management company or venue needs a certificate of insurance, just ask when you book and we’ll provide one. Share any specific requirements from your organization early so the paperwork is ready before your event.

Can I pick up rentals myself instead of getting delivery?

Sometimes, for smaller items. Inflatables are always delivered, set up, taken down and picked up by our crew, and larger equipment like frame tents is almost always delivered and set up by our crew. Customer pickup is generally for smaller rental items, so ask about it when you request your quote and we’ll put the right option on it.

Do I need to pay a deposit, and when is the balance due?

Yes. You pay a $50 deposit to book your rental, and the rest of the rental balance is due before delivery, so everything is paid in full in advance. Your quote shows the total for your date, items and event address, including the delivery fee calculated at checkout. Questions about your balance? Call (210) 934-0405.

What is your cancellation policy?

If you cancel because of weather or an emergency, your $50 deposit is refunded; weather cancellations must be made by 8 AM on your rental day. If you cancel for any other reason, your deposit becomes a credit toward a future event. Once equipment is delivered and you accept it, there’s no refund if you decide not to use it.

Can I get a refund if the inflatable stops working?

Only if you let us know. Call us right away at (210) 934-0405 so we can fix the problem. If something goes wrong with your rental and we aren’t told about it, there’s no refund, so don’t wait until pickup to mention it. Service calls caused by electrical problems may cost extra.

Are there any extra fees?

Only if something happens to the equipment. There’s a $50 fee for spilled food or drinks or substances like silly string, mud or paint, and $50 for excessive cleaning. Damage is charged at the full repair cost, or the full replacement cost if a unit can’t be repaired. Returned checks carry a $75 fee.

What are the rules for using an inflatable?

At least one adult must supervise each inflatable at all times. Guests can’t wear shoes, and there’s no food, drinks, animals, silly string or sharp objects inside. No flips and no climbing on the walls. Our crew stakes or anchors every unit, so please don’t move it after setup.

What’s included with an inflatable rental?

Setup is included in every rental, and we’re fully insured, with $1M general liability coverage. Each inflatable comes with its blower, stakes or anchoring, and our cords up to 50 feet. Delivery and pickup are a separate delivery fee, calculated by distance at checkout. You provide the setup spot and a dedicated 110–120 volt, 20 amp outlet within 50 feet of each blower.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept credit cards, cash, checks, PayPal, Cash App, Venmo, Zelle and QuickBooks invoice payments. You pay the $50 deposit to book, and the rest of your rental balance is due before delivery. Returned checks carry a $75 fee. Questions about paying your balance? Call (210) 934-0405.

Can I rent for more than one day?

Yes. Tents, tables, chairs and other non-inflatable items keep the same price for up to 2 days, and extra charges start on the 3rd day. Most inflatables are 24-hour rentals, and extra days cost extra. If you need your rentals longer, ask for multi-day pricing when you request your quote, or call (210) 934-0405.
