Our 40x60 tent covers 2,400 square feet, making it one of the largest shade structures we install for San Antonio events. It is built for full wedding receptions, church festivals, school banquets, and company appreciation days where hundreds of guests need to eat, mingle, and dance in one covered space.
Plan on seating roughly 240 guests at banquet tables or about 200 at 60-inch rounds with room left for a buffet line, stage, and dance floor. The heavy-duty top is waterproof and UV resistant, and sidewalls can be added for wind or evening privacy.
We handle the site check, delivery, installation, and takedown for events in San Antonio and out to Converse, Live Oak, Schertz, and Universal City.
