Safety, Cleaning & Insurance | All Texas Party Rentals San Antonio
All Texas Party Rentals is a family-owned party rental company that has served San Antonio since 2022, with a 5.0 Google rating from 824+ reviews. We take safety seriously because “safety is not an option, it’s a REQUIREMENT,” and your kids’ safety is our #1 priority. This page covers how we clean our units, how we set them up, and how we can provide insurance paperwork for your event.
100% lead-free vinyl
Every unit we rent is made from 100% lead-free vinyl.
Cleaned and sanitized after every rental
We clean every unit after every rental, using commercial vinyl cleaners, then disinfect and sanitize it. Before a unit goes out again, we inspect it to make sure it’s clean. Our goal is simple: your kids play in a clean, well-maintained, safe space.
Setup, anchoring and safe use
- Setup is included in every rental. Our crew delivers, sets up, takes down and picks up every inflatable. Delivery and pickup are a separate delivery fee, calculated by distance at checkout.
- Anchored for your surface. We set up on grass, cement, concrete, asphalt or indoors. On grass we use long steel stakes. On other surfaces or indoors we use sandbags. Tell us your surface when you book.
- The right spot. You’ll need a flat, open area of smooth grass or pavement with room on all sides. It can’t have rocks, brick, glass, or exposed irrigation or utility lines. Leave space for stakes or ballast and a clear exit path. Point out any fences, AC units, low branches and overhead wires, and send us a photo with your quote request.
- Power. You’ll need a standard 110–120 volt, 20 amp outlet on a dedicated circuit within 50 feet of each blower. We supply cords up to 50 feet. Please don’t use your own extension cords unless we approve it.
- Rules for use. At least one adult must supervise each inflatable at all times. No shoes, food, drinks, animals, silly string or sharp objects inside. No flips and no climbing on the walls. Each inflatable has its own weight and height guidelines, and we’ll go over them with you.
- Don’t move a unit after setup. If a storm rolls in, unplug the unit and let it deflate. Before delivery, we may cancel or reschedule if we expect severe weather like high wind, rain, lightning or extreme heat.
- Something wrong? Call us right away at (210) 934-0405. We’ll walk you through troubleshooting or come out to help.
