What if it rains on the day of my bounce house rental?

If you cancel your bounce house because of rain or bad weather, your $50 deposit is refunded, as long as you cancel by 8 AM on your rental day. How much is delivery for a bounce house?

Can I keep the bounce house overnight?

Usually, yes. Most inflatables, including bounce houses, are 24-hour rentals: we drop off on the day of your event and pick up the following day. Some units are exceptions, so check your quote. Overnight, keep it in a secure spot with the unit deflated and covered, and store the blower inside when it’s not in use. Remember, at least one adult must supervise the unit at all times.

How do I know if a bounce house will fit in my yard?

Measure your open area and compare it with the unit size on the product page. You’ll need smooth grass or pavement with no rocks, brick, glass, or exposed irrigation or utility lines, plus clearance on all sides, room for stakes or sandbags and a clear exit path. Send us a yard photo when you request a quote so we can match the right unit.

Can your crew get a bounce house into my backyard?

Yes, as long as there’s adequate access for our crew and equipment. Before your date, tell us your side gate width, any locked HOA gates, and whether the route is gravel or grass, and add a quick yard photo with gate notes to your quote request. On party day, let us know who will meet the crew.

What kind of outlet do I need for a bounce house?

You need a standard 110–120 volt, 20 amp outlet within 50 feet of each blower, on a dedicated circuit with nothing else plugged into it. We supply cords up to 50 feet, and you can’t use your own extension cords unless we approve it. Service calls caused by electrical problems may cost extra, so check your outlet before party day.

Can I rent a bounce house for a park party?

Yes. We deliver bounce houses to parks in San Antonio and nearby cities, but many parks require a reservation or permit and have no power on site. Can you provide a certificate of insurance for a school, church or HOA event?

Yes. We’re fully insured, with $1M general liability coverage, and we can provide a certificate of insurance when your school, district, church, HOA or venue asks for one. Mention it when you request your quote, along with any specific requirements, and we’ll have it ready before your event.

How far ahead should I book a bounce house?

Book 1–2 weeks ahead for weekends and popular dates, though we do our best to accommodate last-minute requests. A quote alone doesn’t hold the unit: your bounce house is reserved once you complete the booking steps on your quote, including the $50 deposit and the rental agreement.

Yes, if you cancel because of weather or an emergency; weather cancellations must be made by 8 AM on your rental day. If you cancel for any other reason, your $50 deposit becomes a credit toward a future event. Once the bounce house is delivered and accepted, there’s no refund if you decide not to use it. If we pick up early for weather, you can reschedule within 30 days.

Does an adult need to watch the bounce house the whole time?

Yes. At least one adult must supervise each unit at all times. No shoes, food, drinks, animals, silly string or sharp objects inside, and no flips or climbing on the walls. Our crew stakes or anchors the bounce house for your surface, so please don’t move it. If a storm rolls in, unplug it and let it deflate.

Are there cleaning or damage fees for bounce houses?

Only if something happens to the unit. There’s a $50 fee for spilled food or drinks or substances like silly string, mud or paint, and $50 for excessive cleaning. Damage is charged at the full repair cost, or the full replacement cost if the bounce house can’t be repaired. Returned checks carry a $75 fee.
