Delivery fees are calculated by distance at checkout; larger setups may need extra lead time for farther towns. Choose your rentals, enter your event address and date, and your delivery fee shows up before you pay. Popular dates can book up, so reserve as soon as your plans are set.

How is the delivery fee calculated?
By distance. When you enter your event address at checkout, our booking system calculates the delivery fee from the distance, so you’ll see it before you pay. There’s no flat fee chart.
Do you deliver to towns that aren't listed?
Possibly. Besides our five core counties, we deliver to Boerne and San Marcos, and to Austin for larger events, call for availability. For any other address, enter it when you request a quote or call (210) 934-0405 to confirm.
Are you insured?
Yes. All Texas Party Rentals is fully insured, with $1M general liability coverage.
How far ahead should I book?
As early as you can. Popular dates can book up, and larger setups may need extra lead time for farther towns.
